Cozy studio apartment on a quiet street close to active down town and backs up to our river walk/bike trail. Hospital and colleges are within a stones throw. Bus stop on corner. Guests have their own space with large covered porch,parking (off street), private entrance. Includes full bath, WiFi, kitchenette with microwave, Television,coffee maker,utensils,linens,heat/air. No smoking!

Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
