Very convenient to Rome, and also a quiet sanctuary. Regular backyard visits from turkey, deer, and many birds (hummingbirds a delight). Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I used for a temporary location as I was starting a new job. Home itself is a stress-buster! During my 90+day stay I had no major issues with anything in the house. And for the minor repair issues, Charlie was responsive and helpful. Lovely oasis with amenities.

Charlie's house is back off a nice paved road, and his Airbnb pictures do not do his house justice. The private back deck with the over view of the creek, not only gave us solitude, but total privacy as well.We stayed here for over 3 months, and with any rental, issues do arise. Never have we experienced the personal service Charlie afforded us with. No matter how small the question or issue, Charlie personally responded, and if an issue had to be resolved, Charlie had someone respond the same day. Never a worry when you stay in Charlie's house.We will only stay in Charlie's houses now in Rome. That is how good his house is, and coupled with his service, makes the value even that much better!
